What is the location and dates of the conference? 
The conference will be held at the DECC in Duluth, MN on October 12 and 13, 2026.

Where will the sponsors and exhibitors be within the DECC?

Sponsors and exhibitors will be in the Edmund Fitzgerald Exhibit Hall which is located adjacent to the main foyer area.

Where do I park at the DECC?
Surface lot parking and ramp parking is available.  Ramp clearance height – 8 feet 2 inches. The daily pass fee is $10 per vehicle. Additional information may be found on the DECC website. You can contact the DECC with additional questions by calling 218-722-5573 or via email at parkingadmin@decc.org.

When is the Exhibit Hall open?
The Exhibit Hall is open on Monday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

What is my booth number?
Your booth number has been uploaded into the Whova app.  Please note that booth locations may change slightly once the pipe/drape is installed to maximize the space and visual affect for our sponsors, exhibitors and attendees while staying within safety parameters. 

What is included with my booth?

8’ high black back drape & 3’ high black side drape, (1) 6’x30” black skirted table, (2) black chairs and (1) ID sign with booth number.

Will I receive an attendee list? In 2018, we introduced our enhanced conference app, Whova, which offer sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to directly connect with potential customers while ensuring data privacy compliance. Through Whova's partner LeadGen, leads can be exported, providing a seamless experience for sponsors and exhibitors.

When can I set up my booth?
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Sunday from 12:00 - 4:30 p.m. for set up. 

How do I "rotate" my booth staff?
We no longer allow rotation. Each sponsor or exhibitor booth is assigned two attendees, and this allocation remains fixed throughout the event. If you need additional staff, you can register one more attendee for a fee of $175 through the website.

I have a product/service that I want to giveaway at the conference, how do I do this?
Thank you so much for providing a giveaway for the attendees! You are welcome to giveaway your item directly from your booth at a time that is convenient for you. We encourage you to take advantage of our conference app, Whova, by either posting your giveaway details on the app or sending an email with the promotion details. 

Does my sponsor/exhibitor booth come with electricity?
If you require electrical services, you may order it directly through DECC Exhibitor Services. 

Does the meeting space and exhibit hall have complimentary Wifi?

There is Wifi the DECC that is appropriate for general browsing. If you need something stronger, you may order it directly through DECC Exhibitor Services.

Can I order additional furniture?
To order additional furniture for your booth, please contact DECC Exhibitor Services.

Where do I ship my exhibit materials?

DECC Exhibitor Services is the Official Service Contractor for MNSHRM 2026. Listed below are some of the services DECC Exhibitor Services provides.  

• Freight handling.
• Booth equipment, furnishings, electrical, and hard-wired internet.

Exhibit materials may be shipped to the DECC no more than seven days prior to the first scheduled move-in day. Freight deliveries will be accepted Monday-Friday from 8am-3:30pm. Please refer to the Drayage Service/Freight Handling Form for rates and information. Materials should be labeled as followed:
