Thank you for your interest in participating as a presenter for the 2019 MNSHRM State Conference! Our keynote speakers have already been chosen and are accepting proposals for breakout speakers until March 15, 2019. Our theme for the 2019 conference is: SuperHeRo!
The MNSHRM State Council sponsors a two and a half day conference in October drawing 500-700 human resource professionals from the entire state of Minnesota and surrounding states.
When developing a conference curriculum, our goal is to provide a balanced program that meets the variety of skill levels and interest levels of the conference audience, presented by speakers of the highest quality who represent the diversity of the SHRM and HRCI memberships.
Many are nationally known, with the goal of allowing our attendees to hear and experience education, informative, innovative and motivational speakers on a variety of HR-related topics.

MNSHRM has a tradition of using educational conference sessions as a platform for innovation in the field of human resource management. We look for contributors who are willing to share their expertise without expectation of payment for speaking or travel expenses in the spirit of networking, a purpose for which the organization was founded.
March 12, 2019 Update: Thank you to everyone who has submitted a presentation - speaker selection has begun! We have had a record number of submissions and the caliber of speakers is higher than ever! Our 2019 conference will feature 96 breakout sessions with a variety of HR-related topics. Selected presenters will be receiving confirmation emails by March 22, 2019. Submissions were accepted through March 15, 2019.
