2024 Sponsor and Exhibitor Resources

We are so grateful to be partnering with you and want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Below please find some common questions and answers.  Please contact our office if you have any additional questions.

What is the location and dates of the conference? 
The conference will be held within the Event Center at Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake, MN on October 14th and 15th, 2024.

Where will the sponsors and exhibitors be within the Mystic Lake Center?
Sponsors will be in the main foyer and exhibitors will be in the Waconia Ballroom that are located adjacent to the main foyer area.

Where do I park at the Mystic Lake Center?
Vendors will park along the building by the loading area if using the docks. Please see the map for further information.

When is the Exhibit Hall open?
The Exhibit Hall is open on Monday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

What is my booth number?
Click here for 2024 booth information. The booth map will be available on Whova by September 16. Please note that booth locations may change slightly once the pipe/drape is installed to maximize the space and visual affect for our sponsors, exhibitors and attendees while staying within safety parameters. 

What is included with my booth?
All booths include draping, an 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and your company name. 

Will I receive an attendee list? 
In 2018, we introduced our enhanced conference app, Whova, which offer sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to directly connect with potential customers while ensuring data privacy compliance. Through Whova's partner LeadGen, leads can be exported, providing a seamless experience for sponsors and exhibitors.

When can I set up my booth?
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Sunday from 12:00 - 4:30 p.m. for set up. 

How do I "rotate" my booth staff?
We no longer allow rotation. Each sponsor or exhibitor booth is assigned two attendees, and this allocation remains fixed throughout the event. If you need additional staff, you can register one more attendee for a fee of $150 through the website.

I have a product/service that I want to giveaway at the conference, how do I do this?
Thank you so much for providing a giveaway for the attendees! You are welcome to giveaway your item directly from your booth at a time that is convenient for you. We encourage you to take advantage of our conference app, Whova, by either posting your giveaway details on the app or sending an email with the promotion details and we will schedule a time to send out your giveaway details to our attendees through Whova.

***Please note: Mystic Lake is a gaming facility and the following rules MUST be followed regarding raffles, giveaways, etc.:

  • Everyone MUST have an equal chance with the drawing; for example; dropping a business card in a fish bowl for a drawing.
  • There can not be a charge for it.
  • Please contact Tom Wangerin at Mystic Lake with any questions.***

Does my sponsor/exhibitor booth come with electricity?
If you require electrical services, you may order it directly through Mystic Lake Center.

Can I order additional furniture?
To order additional furniture for your booth, please contact Chrom Expo Services and use the linked exhibitor kit.

Where do I ship my exhibit materials?

All advance shipping is handled by Chrom Expo Services. Please email Chrom Exp Services staff directly for assistance.

Packages must be addressed as follows and arrive no later than October 4, 2024. Refer to the exhibitor kit for forms and pricing.

All direct shipping is handled by Mystic Lake Center.
Packages must be addressed to Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Attention Convention Services and labeled with the Group's Name, Function Date and with the On Site Representatives Name.

Please direct deliveries to the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel Receiving Department NO MORE THAN THREE (3) days prior the date of your event and during the Business Hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday (exuding holidays). Any shipments arriving sooner will be returned to sender.
