TCSHRM is pleased to announce another TCSHRM Cares Web Series on an important and timely topic– Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) in the Workplace. The workplace has tremendous potential to manifest the social change essential for our Twin Cities community to rise above racial bias and social injustice. Our organizations rely on us to lead the charge as change agents against workplace bias.

Do you feel equipped to lead and support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives in your organization? Do you have the right tools, terminologies, techniques, and support to be a core influencer? This three-part virtual series will prepare you to lead the cause.

Human resource professionals are the leaders or critical influencers of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy. HR professionals are charged with this responsibility of implementing a behavioral change management plan. This webinar discusses how to hold employees accountable, assist with sustainable, and changed behavior. This webinar focuses on how to implement the processes, action steps, and change initiatives for DEIB.

  • How to create a culture and common language
  • How to set standards for dealing with communication, conflict and coaching
