Justin L. Terch MA, MBA is the Manager Partner of Terch & Associates LLC, a leading provider of workplace solutions in Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin. He is located in Duluth Minnesota. Justin has held the role of Human Resources Director for numerous organizations. He has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute. He completed his undergraduate education in Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his graduate education in Business and Management at The College of St. Scholastica. He is a graduate of the HR Compliance Program at Mitchell-Hamline School of Law.
Justin has worked with public, private, and non-profit organizations in the areas of recruitment and executive search; labor-management relations; employee relations and internal investigations; conflict resolution and team-building; compensation and benefits planning; and many other areas. Justin is regularly contracted to help organizations diagnose and manage complex problems. He is a frequent presenter and writer on topics affecting the workplace and is noted for his direct communication style and ability to listen with care.
