TCSHRM - March Meeting for the Twin Cities SHRM - HR Department of 1 - Special Interest Group (SIG)

Who/What:  This group will meet throughout the year to support the unique challenges and opportunities that are part of working in a smaller HR department.  We will focus on best practice sharing, round table discussions and networking with other HR professionals like you, as we discuss strategies that are critical for success in driving performance and supporting the work that our managers and teams are doing.  

We also encourage those that might not be in a direct HR role, but maybe in an operations role, that oversees HR to attend as well! 

We will be using this LinkedIn Group forum for communicating, asking questions, sharing ideas, etc. 

When:  March 18, 2020 - 11:30 am - 12:45 pm

Where:  Ridgedale Hennepin County Library - Ladyslipper Room 275

Cost: This is a complimentary event for all TCSHRM members 

Notes:  There will be light snacks and refreshments provided
