Jessica Bradley practices in all areas of employment law. She has experience representing employers in charges of discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower actions, FRSA claims, labor-management relations and class-action ADEA claims.
Jessica has experience handling and resolving a broad range of issues in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before state and federal agencies. Before joining Littler, Jessica worked in the corporate legal department of a large private corporation with retail stores throughout the Midwest, where she managed litigation of general liability, intellectual property and employment law claims and assisted with employee benefit plan compliance.
Michael R. Link
Michael R. Link represents and counsels clients in a broad range of labor and employment law matters. Knowledgeable in traditional labor law, Michael has experience with all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and work before state and federal agencies.
Prior to joining Littler, he worked at a boutique labor and employment law firm in Minneapolis and clerked for Judge Kurt Marben of the Ninth Judicial District of Minnesota.
