The Aging Workforce: As the workforce ages, employers often struggle with how to accommodate or otherwise address an aging employee’s disability and long-term health issues.
This interactive session will discuss the legal issues that arise with an aging workforce under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers Compensation. This session will also provide guidance on how to navigate through these legal issues in a proactive manner.
