NHRA - Breaking Barriers! Creating a LGBTQ2+ Affirming Work Environment
In this session we explore how to create a more welcoming and supportive work environment for LGBTQ2+ identities.
Participants will gain knowledge of general terminology, discuss self-expression from various lenses, consider issues that impact marginalized sexual and gender identities, and explore ways of better supporting the LGBTQ2+ community. Time and space will also be created for those in attendance to ask questions and engage in dialogue with others regarding how we can collectively create positive change within our organizations and environments.
Presented by T Leeper

T delights in moments of connectedness and togetherness, and it is their deeply held belief that we must not only critically think, but also critically feel.
