As a professional facilitator, coach and organizational development consultant with The Amborn Group, Julie holds a master's degree in Human Resources Development and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.  She is also an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation, an active member of the American Society of Training and Development, as well as a member of the Minnesota Change Management Network and International Coach Federation.  In addition to her work with The Amborn Group, Julie also teaches Coaching Performance and Managing Performance Problems in the Supervision & Management Series at Normandale Community College and has facilitated Performance Management training for clients such as Agri Bank System in the Upper Midwest.  The Amborn Group is proud to have Julie A.
