Session Description:

Our November session is for both those who have been in the Global Mobility field for many years and newcomers.  An opportunity to engage with your colleagues in the Global Mobility field and discuss best practices.

Join our specialists who will facilitate a “Hot Topics in Global Mobility 2018 Roundtable” where participants will have a chance to learn from their peers and corporate mobility members in the field.  Come ready to choose 2 and participate in the following 20-minute roundtable topics:

• Permanent Transfers, Localization, Business Travelers and Commuters
• Cross-Cultural and Language Training
• Changing Mobility Function
• Flexible Programs and Policy Options·        

In this high energy TCSHRM program we will provide you with the opportunity to interact with experts in Global Mobility from some of our most well-respected companies in the Twin Cities; Medtronic, Cargill, Deloitte in roundtable discussions.  Participants will have a chance to attend 2 of the discussions and then participate in a large group facilitator-led discussion about some of the “hot topics and best practices” relevant in the Global Mobility field today.
