TCSHRM Chapter Meetings are for members and offer a meaningful blend of learning, connection, and chapter engagement. Each meeting features a guest speaker who shares timely insights relevant to today’s HR professionals, along with dedicated time to learn more about TCSHRM offerings, upcoming events, and important chapter updates. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with fellow HR peers and connect with members of the TCSHRM Board of Directors. Whether you’re new to TCSHRM or a longtime member, chapter meetings are a great way to stay informed, involved, and connected—at no cost to members.

As we celebrate our 75th year, join us for a special session designed to help you elevate your impact and presence in today’s evolving workplace. Your personal brand is more than a buzzword—it’s how you show up, add value, and create meaningful influence. This interactive session will help you uncover how your unique CliftonStrengths can serve as the foundation for building and promoting your personal HR brand.

You’ll explore practical strategies to confidently articulate your strengths, increase your visibility, and align your brand with your career goals from Certified Clifton Strengths Coaches and TCSHRM Executive Board Members Jeri Schulze and Katie Farley. In addition, hear from a powerful panel of TCSHRM Presidents who are actively leveraging their strengths and personal brand in their current HR roles to grow their influence, expand their networks, and drive impact within their organizations.

You won’t just learn…you’ll create. As a participant, you will leave with a drafted personal brand statement and a catchy, strengths-based tagline you can use immediately to confidently communicate your value and stand out. You will also gain ideas and tools to bring these concepts back to your teams, helping others identify their strengths, build confidence, and foster a more engaged, strengths-based culture.
