TCSHRM IE&D Web Series Part 1 will provide participants with information about sensory processing and sensory dysfunction as well as defining and developing vocabulary related to disability. This will include the similarities and differences between terms like “sensory dysfunction,” “autism spectrum disorder,” and “neurodiversity.” Participants will leave with strategies for how to improve the job application, interview, and hiring process to be more inclusive for applicants and potential future employees.
