Over the last few years, HR has been seen as the key advisor as organizations encountered one of the most complex challenges we've experienced in our lifetime.  As we have returned to pre-pandemic "normalcy," it's imperative to maintain this momentum. It's critical to know that you belong and are a key partner to our organizations, no matter the circumstances. It's time to go beyond the mantra of it's our time and to act. BELIEVE in yourself. Education, development, and networking are key priorities for our Spring Conference, and this year's Spring Conference will deliver! We have applied for 6.25 SHRM and HRCI credits for the LIVE conference. If you are unable to attend part or all of the live conference, don't worry - we are recording the conference for your later viewing. We have also applied for 9 SHRM and HRCI credits for post-conference breakout sessions that you can watch and earn later. That's right, your registration includes 15.25 potential SHRM and HRCI credits! New this year, we are offering an opportunity to use one of the breakout sessions as a time to network with fellow attendees, to discuss key challenges, as well as best practices, and make new connections. This is a great opportunity to grow your network and get ideas from fellow HR professionals across the metro.

At Twin Cities SHRM, we pride ourselves on recognizing our outstanding members, volunteers, mentors, and HR departments.
