Program Details: For many, many years, brokers and carriers have been touting H.S.A. plans as the ‘cure all’ for company’s healthcare cost increases, but has that strategy worked? In this session, we will show how ‘negative migration’ has caused many organizations health plan to do the exact opposite, resulting in employers only option being to increase deductibles and employee contributions. We will discuss how an ‘aligned’ strategy can allow companies to IMPROVE benefits and REDUCE employee contributions, two things that are the opposite of most strategic conversations employers have been having.
