Companies are operating remotely, but how they find – and manage – workers will be very different in 2021. Be sure to learn about the latest trends in finding and starting a job in a world of remote work, as well as tips for managing your team.
With much of the world’s workforce operating out of their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, job seekers and managers are adapting to a mostly remote work environment. This presentation provides insights on how job seekers can search, apply for and interview for a job remotely, including best practices for video interviews and salary negotiations. Once hired, it will be up to managers to effectively lead their virtual team during and beyond onboarding.
