If this made you think more about what makes you strong, and you are seeking a conference based on positivity and personal growth, then join us for our inaugural Twin Cities SHRM Strengths Conference! At this conference you will learn how to leverage your strengths for both personal and professional success and be provided with strengths networking opportunities.
At Twin Cities SHRM we pride ourselves on being a “Strengths-Based Organization.” We want to continue to provide the HR community in the Twin Cities with the conferences, programs, and tools that will help you live a “strong life” as you grow in your career as business professionals. We are thrilled to be partnering with the Gallup organization to bring this Strengths Conference to our local HR Community. In developing their book StrengthsFinder 2.0 and through their groundbreaking research, the scientists at Gallup have studied people in all cultures in all parts of the world. They found that we can improve results and help people grow if we focus on what was right about them i.e. what makes us strong.
We are also thrilled to be bringing you Maika Leibbrandt - Gallup Senior Workplace Consultant and co-host of Gallup’s weekly Podcast “Theme Thursday.” Theme Thursday is a Gallup podcast series that dives deep into each of Clifton’s 34 strengths one strength at a time. Click on this link to hear Maika talk about the Clifton strength of Achiever, which is the most common strength identified in people that have taken the assessment and hear her talk about strengths.
