Event Details
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Welcome & Networking with HR ProfessionalsOfficial welcome followed by the opportunity to network with HR professionals from a variety of specialties and industries. This networking session will be interactive in order to allow students to network with any as many professionals as possible.
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Keynote Speaker: Heidi HitiHeidi Hite, Talent Brand Leader at Polaris, will be speaking to us about Branding Yourself before, during, and after an interview.
Heidi HiteHeidi is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience. She started her career at Marshall Field’s Corporate, moved to Target Corporate and now works at Polaris Inc. At Polaris Inc., Heidi is a Human Resources Brand Leader in the Talent Management space. In her current role she is responsible for creating the Employee Value Proposition for Polaris to tell our differentiated story while leveraging our evolving product brand. The past 6 + years Heidi has focused on recruitment marketing and brand creation. Heidi is a native Minnesotan and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in History.
In her free time Heidi enjoys boating with her husband and two daughters. She is loving her life as a supportive dance and soccer mom. Crafting, sewing, and knitting are a few additional activities that keep her busy and well-rounded.
