TCSHRM offers a comprehensive 10-week Certification Preparation Course to prepare you for the SHRM certification exam!  Our instructors have been trained by SHRM to prepare you for the exam.  SHRM certification has always been the gold-standard for HR professionals. It’s time to get yours!

The Certification Preparation Course will be held ten Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM March 7 – May 9, 2019

The world is changing. HR is changing.  SHRM credentialing has changed. As you may know, now instead of one credential, developed and endorsed by SHRM and administered and tested by HRCI, both SHRM and HRCI are now offering a credential for HR Professionals. SHRM has always been the leading HR authority throughout the world, and we believe that the SHRM certification will continue to be the industry standard.  The SHRM credentials:  SHRM-CP (SHRM-Certified Professional) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM-Senior Certified Professional) focus on teaching and testing the practical, real-world information that HR professionals need to find success in their careers today!  The SHRM credential is the next-generation credential for HR Professionals – a competency-based certification – demonstrating that you know the facts and how to apply them in the workplace.  The TCSHRM Certification preparation course will teach to the global Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK) and prepare participants for the comprehensive exam

The course will be presented in the C.H. Robinson.  Complete directions and maps will be sent to all class participants.

This course is specifically designed to help participants prepare to pass the SHRM-CP/SCP certification exams.  The ten-week sessions offer a broad review of the human resources competencies which are covered on the exam.  The TCSHRM course is different than many other courses offered, as it utilizes the SHRM Learning System resources coupled with knowledgeable professional instructors who are also subject matter experts currently working in the field – and they are certified HR professionals!  They are very committed to ensuring that YOU get certified as well! 

The TCSHRM Course offers class participants a comprehensive classroom experience, as well as individual advice and direction from instructors, and study-group opportunities.   The SHRM Learning System class materials are provided to all participants.
