Succession planning is a focused process for:

• Identifying the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform current and future functions and roles.
• Developing plans to equip and/or attain employees to perform those functions and roles.
• Keeping talent in the pipeline. HR professionals, resource partners working with HR, business owners, stakeholders, and key personnel contribute valuable information.

We will share information, learn from other’s experience, and develop relationships that continue to benefit participants.
