Stephanie Willing and David Feingold of Ogletree Deakins will be providing an overview of the current regulatory agenda and the recent rules and/or decisions that have been used by the Department of Labor, OSHA, EEOC, NLRB and US Supreme Court, as well as practical advice regarding how these developments may impact your workforce. Through the presentation, participants will learn about the legislative updates that impact employers and HR Professionals.
Stephanie Willing represents employers in all aspects of employment-related and commercial matters. She litigates cases involving claims of discrimination, breach of contract, and wrongful discharge, among others. She also advises clients on employment law issues, including hiring, disciplining and terminating employees. David Feingold focuses his practice in the area of class action wage-and-hour litigation. David also has defended employers in single-plaintiff matters involving wage issues and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
