- Cliff, I do not have my stuff with me for the confernece and can't remember how to register the credits at HRCI. Is it something simple or do I need to have the materials in front of me? Linda

How do I log in if I've forgotten my password?
Underneath the log-in area is "Lost Password Recovery" which is titled inaccurately because it will actually assign a new password to your account. In the next screen fill in either your user name or the email address that you used to sign up on the site originally. Click on OK. You will receive a confirmation code by email that you will then enter into that box and click OK again. Then you will receive your new password by email. Use that to sign in normally.
How do I qualify for the student conference rate?
One must be registered as a full-time regular day student to qualify for the student discount to the annual state conference. When you register just put the name of your school in the 'Notes' field.
Who can I contact if I need help on the web site?
Just click on the "Contact Us" on the bottom of the menu on the right side. Then send a message tot he Webmaster and someone will be contacting you to straighten things out.
Yes, there will be. The problem is that the Human Resource Certification Institute changed their approval process for conferences, and it takes considerably longer to get approval as a result. Once we find out we will post the approved certification credits on the site. The only way to receive those credits is to attend the conference and get the form with the approval code. That code will not be available by any other means.
Once you sign in, click on "Your Account" in the menu on the right side, then at the top menu of the page that opens, click on "Personal Information" and at the bottom of the next page, enter your new password twice to change it.
Why does my order still show "Pending" when I've paid?
We use Paypal as our credit card payment system. That means we don't have any credit card information stored on our site. When you pay using Paypal, you actually go to their secure site for payment. When you finish, if you don't return to our site, the necessary payment confirmation is not sent to us and we don't know for sure if you've paid. We do try to match things up manually, but it takes much longer and we may miss some as it's difficult to match the payment with the proper order.
Linda, I don't have that material with me either, but a simple question to conference@mnshrm.com or use "Contact Us" and choose Conference Director from the drop-down box will get the answer. Cliff
